My career began with the soccer club in my hometown. At age 14, I signed with the largest club in the region, where I learned to play at the highest level—competing and training my mind to perform well under various pressures (from coaches, results, family, etc.)
While I enjoyed this experience, I also faced many challenges. However, it helped me understand how pressure can negatively affect many players. As a result, I have been able to assist numerous players and their families in overcoming these challenges to achieve greater levels of happiness, performance, and success.
CATALONIA & SPAIN

When I started coaching youth teams, I discovered an exciting new world. I still remember the first training session I led! I spent several great years training at the same club where I began my journey as a player.
A few years later, I had the opportunity to join a top-level club. There, I was fortunate to learn from an exceptional leader. The five full seasons I worked with him at that club completely transformed my understanding of soccer and taught me how to achieve great results. I remember that, despite our limited brand and resources, we often competed with FC Barcelona and RCD Español, even managing to beat them on occasion.
Then, the FC Barcelona Academy called me. Proud to have the opportunity to work for the club of my dreams, I took a significant step toward making soccer the foundation of my professional life.
BRAZIL
(Sports Director / 2013-2015)
The years in Brazil were simply perfect.
From July 2013 to July 2015, my life changed dramatically. I arrived in Rio de Janeiro with the mission to develop an FC Barcelona Academy from scratch. The quality of the work that my staff and I produced was so extraordinary that it exceeded all expectations, leading the city to name me an 'Honorary Citizen of Rio de Janeiro.'
Today, many of the coaches I had the pleasure of teaching and leading hold important positions in clubs such as Flamengo, Vasco da Gama, Botafogo, and Santos, among others. This, along with the remarkable number of players currently developing their youth careers in the top clubs in Brazil and in professional clubs in Portugal and the Netherlands, fills me with pride for the work we accomplished.
In 2015, I left with the satisfaction of having positively and profoundly influenced youth soccer in the city.

UNITED STATES of AMERICA

My two years in Brazil were so extraordinary that I was entrusted with the opportunity to develop my own soccer project from scratch in the fantastic United States of America.
It was a significant project, backed by a wonderful group of investors, for whom I am deeply grateful. This allowed me to spend nearly four years developing youth soccer schools in seven cities across four states. I navigated various aspects such as strategy, structure, human resources, facilities, marketing, finances, and politics—all within a culture that was completely new to me.
Our expertise made us innovative in the U.S. to the point that we were able to compete with, and even win against, the biggest and most prestigious established clubs
The experience in the U.S. also provided me with the opportunity to introduce new soccer products, such as "ProCamps" and "War of the Goalies."

CROATIA & SLOVENIA

Unfortunately, my first experience in the United States ended in a way I didn’t desire. However, even that turned out to be positive, as it led me to take some time to analyze, without stress, everything I learned from my previous professional experiences.
I chose Slovenia, and I couldn't have made a better decision. It offers a beautiful and relaxing setting with a small but powerful soccer structure in the heart of the European Union.
Since my arrival, I began developing new relationships and skills while conducting an extensive market study. My goal was to successfully achieve ownership of a football club that would allow me to apply my soccer knowledge and experience for the greater good, steering clear of the negative influences that often hinder soccer development.
This market research enabled me to expand my connections to Croatia and Serbia, gathering valuable insights and uncovering hidden keys that now allow me to help young players access professional football and develop my current professional endeavors.
